Didn’t see a handicapped placard or marking on the license plate either. 10/10 Bravo!

When I see that, I look for the sign for the towing company that’s working that lot, and I call them.

What’s amazing is how many people convince themselves that’s not bad parking. They seem to figure, “Hey, I wouldn’t park in a handicap spot, but this isn’t a handicap spot, right?” And their inner voice answers, “Right you are, no worries!”

Technically, they don’t need any handicap placards to park there. They need diplomatic immunity.

Why would anyone want to put Mercedes-Benz badges on their BMW?
Kidding.

Not to be captain obvious but this is actually worse than than it looks as it blocks the ability to actually get in or out. That blocked space would be shared by two vehicles; both of which are now SOL.

Everyone should play this for the driver of that car:

If I had a van with a ramp, and there was no other open space to use it, I’d totally just drop it on the Benz. You’d be immune to anything physical, too, because there’s no way someone would want to be seen beating up a guy in a wheelchair.

I appreciate the completely ignored yellow NO PARKING right in front of the lines

That bothers me a lot too
Especially in my town. The median age is 69 here. So many people have a vehicle like this or have a scooter or wheelchair or even a walker and need that extra space.

That means no parking next to the words “No Parking”, silly! You can park on the lines! You’ll thank me later!

Photos like this make me wish I had cheap throwaway air down kits that I can just attache to all 4 tire stems and walk away. Then call the cops and report the illegal parking.
